MASS ONLINE SURGERIES

MASS Online Surgeries are an opportunity for sculptors based anywhere in the world to participate in a small critical and supportive group tutorial led by MASS mentors and facilitated via the Zoom video conferencing app.  In each session, 2 mentors work with up to 4 participants.  Sessions usually begin at 1pm GMT and finish around 4.30pm GMT (although some sessions may begin earlier or later for internationally based sculptors). Fee: £160 per session.

MASS 1-2-1 LIVE & ONLINE MENTORING

MASS 1-2-1 live & online mentoring sessions are an opportunity for sculptors to book an individual tutorial, either live or online, with one of the MASS mentors. Live sessions take place at Turps Gallery in London, SE19. Online mentoring is facilitated via the Zoom video conferencing app and available to participants anywhere in the world.

Fee: £220 per session.

Each session includes a pre-session submission of works, CV and short statement, followed by a scheduled mentoring session lasting approx 1.5 hrs.

MASS ONLINE SURGERIES:

When booking onto a session, participants upload 5 images, short statement and CV.  One week before the crit takes place, the images and statement are available to view to give participants and mentors sufficient time to look at the work.  

Fee: £160 per session

Booking essential as places are limited. 

If the session you wish to book has already sold out please email scott@turpsbanana.com to join a waiting list. If demand is high enough we will endeavour to organise additional sessions.

Requirements: 

• Participants must have a personal Zoom account

• Participants must have a strong wi-fi connection and ensure device (laptop/tablet) used is fully charged before session begins. (Refunds may not be possible for technical issue on participant’s part).

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations up to 7 days before the Surgery. A refund will be given less a 10% admin fee.

• Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the surgery. A refund of 50% will be made.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the surgery. No refund will be available
  (unless there are exceptional circumstances and only at the discretion of the Directors)

"I thought it was a very good and helpful experience;  it was very efficiently managed and we were given all the information we needed before hand so that we could share our images and thoughts online both before the crit, during and after.
